作为响应我国“一带一路”发展倡议并落实“中国 - 中东欧国家教育政策对话”成果而发起成立的一个非赢利性战略合作组织，中波大学联盟在发展中国高校与波兰乃至中东欧国家高等教育的合作伙伴关系、加强与波兰及至中东欧大学的全面交流与合作、促进中波民心相通和两国关系发展等方面发挥了重要作用。

在“一带一路”倡议提出五周年之际，希望中波大学联盟在继续开展高等教育领域合作的同时，积极整合平台资源，拓展双边科学与创新合作，着力打造“一带一路”创新共同体，助力人类命运共同体建设。

祝愿中波大学联盟艺术设计大赛获得圆满成功！希望中波文化创意产业合作再上新台阶！

As a response to the BRI, the Sino-Polish University Consortium has been established as a non-profit strategic cooperation organization, implementing the agreements reached during"China-CEE Countries Educational Policy Dialogue". It has played an important role in developing the partnership in HEIs between China andPoland and even CEE countries at large, strengthening the bilateral comprehensive exchanges and cooperation, and promoting the people-to-people exchanges between China and Poland and the development of bilateral relations.

On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the BRI, I hope that while continuing to carry out cooperation in the field of higher education, Sino-Polish University Consortium could actively integrate the resources of platform, explore bilateral cooperation in science and innovation, striving to build a Belt and Road innovation community to help build a community with a shared future for mankind.

I wish the Sino-Polish University Consortium Art and Design Festival and Competition a complete success! Hopefully China-Poland cooperation in cultural and creative industry could make still further progress!
